Winchester, VA: The location of our 55 & Over community The Village at Harvest Ridge, Winchester is home to a handful of historic sites, including the charming historic Downtown Winchester. Situated just north of the Blue Ridge mountains, residents of Winchester have easy access to both outdoor recreation and nearby Washington, DC.
Boyce, VA: Located just outside of Winchester, Boyce is a small town surrounded by rolling countryside and equestrian farms. While the areas around Boyce have grown at an almost frantic pace, Boyce has retained much of its old-world, historic charm throughout the years. Residents living in Boyce enjoy quick access to both the Blue Ridge Mountains and Washington, D.C.
Harrisonburg, VA: Harrisonburg is a small town nestled among the Appalachian mountains in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley and is home to our active adult community The Village at Meadow Pointe. The charming downtown area has a vibrant arts and culture scene, as well as civil war history to explore.
Cross Junction, VA – Cross Junction is located along Route 522 just north of Winchester. Home to our resort-style community Lake Holiday, Cross Junction offers a remote setting conveniently close to major highways, allowing residents to get away from it all without sacrificing the ability to get to town quickly.
