Crossing Testimonial Dear OakCrest Builders: We would like to express our sincere pleasure, appreciation and
gratitude for having the opportunity to work with Ms. Elizabeth Sumner and
Mr. Dave Lillard during the process of procuring In our search to find new homes, we considered many different builders
but were impressed with the quality of the construction and the extra touches
that OakCrest Builders offered. We were confident
that we would get a quality home in the end, but were pleasantly surprised
with the ease of process in working with Elizabeth and Dave. They made this
an experience we will not soon forget. Specifically, we would like to thank There are many things we could say about Dave as well, but
specifically, we appreciate his attention to the smallest of details that
make our new home an “OakCrest home.”
On many occasions, we visited the property and saw very small things that we
wanted to discuss with Dave and before we had the opportunity to speak with
him, we returned to the property to find that he had already resolved many of
those we questioned because he wanted everything to “just right.”
This speaks to his professionalism and his pride and dedication to upholding
the standards of OakCrest. We certainly have been pleased with the experience and hope never to
have to repeat it, because it surely will be a disappointment having to work
with anyone but Elizabeth and Dave. We do hope that OakCrest
recognizes the contributions of these professionals as they take pride in all
they do which is a direct reflection on OakCrest
